Farnham is very well served with cycle routes, both on road and off road. Although there is no cycle hire currently available in the town bikes can be hired from the nearby Alice Holt Woodland Park.

- Surrey Cycleway – Begins at Farnham and winds its way towards Godalming through attractive villages such Puttenham.
- Downs Link – The 37 mile off road route follows a former railway line and links the North Downs with the South Downs. It passes through woodlands, wetlands and agricultural land. A leaflet can be obtained here.
- Frensham Cycle Trail - The trail is in the form of two loops. The first loop provides a short ride of roughly 1.5km while both loops together add up to approximately 5.5km of easy to moderately difficult cycling. More details..
- Alice Holt Woodland Park – This beautiful park has a 3 mile surfaced route that is ideal for families and the less able. Click here for more details. Seasonal cycle hire is also available from the park.
