Early Music Afternoon Sunday 12 July from 2pm, Weald & Downland Open Air Museum
The beautiful downland setting of England’s leading museum of historic buildings will provide a fitting backdrop to the peaceful strains of period music on Sunday 12 July. The ever-popular Early Music Afternoon returns to the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum at Singleton, near Chichester, West Sussex, and features many groups of musicians performing in and around the Museum’s historic buildings.

Phil Packer the Royal Military Police soldier left paraplegic after a Basra rocket attack, has taken up a challenge laid down by top model and leading polo player Jodie Kidd to take horse riding lessons.

Sheepdrove Rare Butterfly Project
Sheepdrove Organic Farm has an ambitious new conservation project to help save rare butterflies, launched on 28th April 2009 with the kind help of volunteers and our partner organisations.
Rural Ways is a collaborative project undertaken on behalf of the Rural Ways Partnership. The site is funded by Tourism South East, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), the Government Office for the South East (GOSE)'s Strategy for Sustainable Food and Farming and the Countryside Agency's Landscape, Access and Recreation division.
